As I write this the campers are getting ready for bed time and lights out.
Today, the campers: 1. Met their counselors and got situated in their cabins. 2. Went on a nature walk 3. Had their first recess. 4. Ate lunch and dinner (they learned how to set the tables, get the food, pass the food around, eat quietly, and clean up after themselves! Not bad for a group of 250 kids!), AND 5. Sang songs around the campfire.
Tomorrow many of the campers will begin their all-day hikes and other exciting activites.
